WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
NEC© has been specially developed for the general reconstruction and repair of nails, especially toenails.
It is the only nail reconstruction method that genuinely mimics the nail plate thanks to the optical properties of the composite employed. This effect cannot be achieved with other composite materials, which require decorating the nail to cover up and conceal the appearance of the artificial nail.
NEC©features a micro-hybrid composite that is easy to use and polish. Its European health guarantee provides a high degree of safety for use on the human body, and thanks to its composition it is free of side effects. Research conducted with micro-hybrid composites on humans shows that there is no toxicity involved. This is evidenced by its use in obturations and reconstructions in dentistry.

THE NEC© METHOD WAS CREATED BY PODIATRIST MANUEL ENRIQUE TORAL BARDINA
In 1997 Manuel Enrique Toral Bardina decided to develop his professional career by setting up private clinics in Mahón and Ciutadella (Menorca). Over more than 30 years of professional practice, he has used various techniques and materials to create insoles which meet ISO quality standards for use in general orthopodiatry and orthopaedics and which are distributed nationally and internationally. With guaranteed and proven results. He also performs minor foot surgery and has developed a specialist technique of nail repair using existing surgical techniques, with a 96% post-operative success rate. He specialised in the technique of aesthetic nail reconstruction and repair in 2008 and developed and patented the NEC© method (Nails Esthetic Composite©) in 2016.
